Did you accidentally sign up as a landlord and want to switch your account to a resident account or vice versa?
Because no two rentshare accounts can have the same email, the main thing that needs to happen is that you must change the email of the original account to a tempory email address, thus freeing the email you want to use for your new account.
To change the email address of the original account follow this instructions: https://help.rentshare.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001895713-Change-my-email-address-Edit-User-Information
We recommend changing your original account to YourName+Temp@rentshare.com
Once you change your email you can then log out and click sign up again. This time be sure to select the correct account type before confirming.
